From our fully automated manufacturing base occupying some 40 000 square feet, our skilled and experienced production team guarantee every order is met by our rigorous quality control standards.

Regular investment, updating and maintenance of computerised saws, edgebanders, CNC machinery and boring machines, ensures production is kept to a maximum, and downtime kept to a minimum.

In addition, all stock levels are controlled via a computerised inventory system. Our Health & Safety policy and risk assessments are managed to the highest standard, and updated on a regular basis.

Everything we produce from the factory for out-going installation is delivered by our own drivers in QA vehicles.
